RE:RE:RE:France continues to build small nuke reactorsthanks to a strong upper High developing across western Europe and North Atlantic. Normally this means the flow turns more northerly, bringing colder air mass far towards the south.
This once again confirms what the models were saying was forming. Hi Pressure to intersect the cold north regions.
This could just as easily happen to NA and by the last part of Nov. models suggest it will. or sooner
As the Polar vortex forrms about 15 miles up rotating at high speeds, it wil get much colder.
The result of course will bring much colder air south once the warmer hi preswure intersects it.
I pay good $$ for the information but it has been uncannily accurate.
I am next looking at JO. It follows coffee futures after a100 year drought and 2 heavy frosts.
