It is seven kilometers from the municipality of Zimapan in Hidalgo State, Mexico.

Why halt?

Why halt?I understand why this announcement about a potential acquisition would be made outside of trading hours.

I don't understand why a trading halt is warranted.

Even if this txn represents more than 50% of the future entity's revenue, the halt would not be called for until the txn is in closing.  An announcement doesn't warrant a halt, does it?
