Investment bankers and analysts of firms are supposed to be independent of each other. Analysts need home runs to improve their rankings among peers and for their clients. Investment bankers want the next round of funding which will likely be the biggest ever for Promis. And after that, they want to represent Promis when large Pharma wants to buy the Company. I think a lower number of shares of 17M or 20M is a good thing.
I believe the recent low volume indicates that anybody who wanted to sell has sold. It also indicates that holders are willing to wait, are probably waiting on news and are thinking this price and market cap has to go up.
