It is just so pitty, NLC can easily grow to 3 to 5 billions market cap in the 3 to 5 years time frame.
Nice headache for me, huge captital gain and paying huge tax, otherwise, I can try to control my capital gain through multiple years.
3Q is a life chage and company make project. I feel like 3Q is my child and is forced to give away for adoption, sad ending.

Rule of investment - do not get emotionally attach to it...Easier to say, I know.
It was not as bad as with LAC, I was there when Waldo sold 50% of it for 50M - then many jaws dropped. New LAC management was outstanding, if I knew I might of stay, but NLC was great replacement, my best investment ever. Results were great, it contributed for technological and environmental progress, what else to ask.
I am going to say "no", but begun to look where to allocate the funds. Will be hard, because comparison with NLC will be in the head and find something similar would be a mission impossible. But what can we do.

Standard Lithium is up, because they issued PEA. 880M CAPEX 2.6K OPEX, 14500 Li price assumption to get similare NPV as NLC with is 350M CAPEX adn 11500 price Li pricing...
They are still in PEA stage and have 1.4B cap.
NLC would have to have $13/share today by having SL valuations, minus Argentina risk, but plus of near DFS completion stage.
We cannot complain too much, because NLC generated wealth for us, but I got a bit greedy and hope to have (very) early retirement party in year or two, not retire per se, but full exit from the rat race...
