Are Canada Silver Cobalt Workers almost bankrupt?

Are Canada Silver Cobalt Workers almost bankrupt?

While Silver and Cobalt futures are trading higher than last year, and Cobalt is experiencing a surge in demand as many electric vehicles and renewable energy sources need that element to generate power, Canada Silver and Cobalt Workers shares are trading at record low levels.

Logically speaking, when Silver and Cobalt futures are getting higher and higher, Canada Silver Cobalt Works shares should be higher as well, not hovering at a record low.

Other Cobalt companies like Jervois and First Cobalt are seeing their shares go up, but Canada Silver Cobalt Works is not, raising questions if the company is suffering from Managerial Incompetence or if they're on a brink of bankruptcy.
