My father lives in a chartwell residence in Montreal, Qc and i had a appointment with lease lady. She told me that buisness is back to more than normal. Appartments that were for rent for months are now all booked and it is the same across the whole country. Im guessing that the next few quarters will be impressive.

plus, for the new leases, they now MUST pay for concierge services which was not the case before the pandemic. Recurring revenues that will increase in time with the replacement of the old leases by new leases...

after that meeting, i took a position in the company. Good luck to all.
