I'm quite positive the original DFS will never surface. If it had come out before Zinjin made a PUBLIC offer the sp would have skyrocketed, not in Zinjin's interest to pay another 1/2 Billion when I'm sure it only cost them tens of millions to pay off Waldo( The Smiling Assassin) and his entourage.
CATL is in on this too I think, securing early cheap off takes by going along with this robbery.
Im sure they'll be pressured to release a DFS sometime however I'm sure it'll be quite the pencil and eraser revised version.
This whole deal stinks like SH*T.
