If you look at SEDI.CA he exercised some options at 0.96 as follows:
2021-09-13 2021-09-14 Direct Ownership :
51 - Exercise of options +683,611 0.9600 1,528,611
Then he sold the 683,611 shares between 09-19 through 09-24.
He still owns 845,000 shares and 7,019,048 options.
One can't blame him to cash out part of his options which are expiring next year.
