Consider - If a medical entity had interest in a small biotech that was developing a novel process to cure cancer and it wanted to make sure they would be the first to gain knowledge of the progress of developing that treatment, a very smart move on the part of that entity (St Mikes/Unity Health), would be to invite TLT to move their research lab onto their premises so they could 'keep an eye" on that progress. IMO, soon as TLT can get their CR ratio up to about 60%, the first to tender an offer will be Unity Health.
