Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

Howhee is the new deal maker. There is no reason for him not to host a virtual AGM and speak directly to shareholders instead of a canned interviewer.

This is a new Sirona...at least until after the AGM. As we've seen in the past, that can go sideways when the AGM is reported upon.
