If that was the case the smart business move would have been to license the BMS software. Take a look at successful licensed software companies and how those companies perform. The lack of licensing the software leads to competitive software creation and new software thathat takes away the current benefits of their software. Once again if there is so much advantage to their software why have they not taken advantage of that. Partnering with one battery company that to date has not been able to supply batteries for this supposed great software(or ACDC has not purchased any) is missing out on current business opportunities. Why would a company limit its BMS software advantage for such a long time.
This makes absolutely no sense as a business model. Daymak might use it someday and that has some huge variables yet to align. Why not find someone to use it today? That is the biggest question that I think this company needs to answer. Why is the leading edge software not leading the market share in that sector. Hell why is it not even a single point in that market share? The wait and see how great it is going to be mantra is not going to fly much longer. No revenue no shareholders. I would suggest as I have previously they have a max of 6 months left to turn this around. and show the ability to create actual revenue not possible revenue if if if.
