He was not talking about buying the program.

Bbd dont have the plane, but he is still a supplier for structural parts / sub assy and replacement parts (BBD infrasgtructure). If Mitsu want to continue with the crj, bbd just have to call back the worker if the post is not already moved or scraped. So they have to decide it fast if they want to do it. Could be a good news for the plan1 for exemple.
