Where Is Waldo, Where Is the DFS and Wondering About...

Where Is Waldo, Where Is the DFS and Wondering About...

I get it. Mr Perez is in the middle of a transaction that will transform his financial situation for the next 30-100 years (perpetual royalties).

I hope Waldo and gang get, that as shareholders, we deserve full transpanency (or am I naive)

I wonder if and when we will see the DFS. When we might see Waldo in a video explaining the pending sale. Given the prior emphasis on the DFS and the 'financing'. I do not recall a mention of an outright 'sale' but rather the DFS + possible financing that was due by now.

I get too that Mr. Lithium does not dispense investment advice. I am thankful to Mr. Lowry for his 'not investment advice' on LAC, Livent, Cypress, and Standard Lithium (waiting on Nano One and Pilbara).  For that non investment advice I should send a case of the best Malbec.

That said, Joe Lowry skips mention of the missing NLC DFS report and seems to discount that we don't get to see what was clearly expected by now, as stated repeatedly by Waldo and Carlos. What if the DFS confirmed much higher value?

Joe L is saying that this is a fair deal, Joe please tell us you don't have any business relationships with any of the players especially NLC's suitor.

Once I read an article about fracking and billions of barrels of oil in ND, bought Brigham Exploration and enjoyed its rise in stock price, that is until the giant Norweigen oil company Statoil  now Equinor ASA came along and gbbled it up. Just like Zijin Mining is about to do to NLC.

So I get it.

However, as a shareholder and one time fan and hopefully future fan of Waldo, I would like to see that DFS and a fully transparent process.
