If one votes no

If one votes no
One   can  expect  a phone  call  from the company  urging  you  to change  your vote  and  warning  of  the dire consquences   of  a  NO    vote,    if    the  vote   is  going   to   fail.  In   such  a case   they  often   postpone   the  meeting   to  drum   up   more   yes votes  from  those   who  have   not  voted   and  possibly    reverse   the  vote   of  those  that  voted   NO.   Be  ready  for it  and  firm   in  your   resolve    to  vote   NO.
