Having been a shareholder for over ten years I expect that at least two consecutive quarters of more than two million dollars will be required to warrant 
a share price of 5$ or more. News May firm the price but two frequently the clients have been slow to advance the projects thus revenue hasn't been recognized as soon as we have expected. Petrobas is a historical example from the past that took years to complete their WEE announced project. 

I do believe that now the oil companies are being encouraged to return money to shareholders we will see earlier activity. It appears that incremental revenue by Stims with WEE process in excess of the cost will be a much greater percentage than that of new wells being drilled.
This additional revenue at low up front cost should enable oil companies to meet their objectives of improving cash flows to return to shareholders.
