Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Me, I'm just a humble engineeer trying to get a better picture of things.

As it happens I own CMMC (Capstone as well) . The forward P/E for  both companies is about the same, around 8.5.

So just for the heck of it I just looked at CMMC and CS 2nd quarter results and applied the same logic Notgnu used in his earlier post. Using the (Cu sale price - AISC) * production  to determine FCF,  it looks like the ratio of share price to FCF on a per share basis varies considerably between the two companies (as well as over time) between 2.5 to 3.5 for CMMC and 6.3 to 7.3 for CS looking at the last 6 months.

Where would a new company like NCU fall I wonder?
