Also, cloudy w/rain, zero wind....can't imagine wind turbines/solar replacing fossil fuels any time soon, particular to crowded city municipalities w/large-scale infrastructure projects necessary.  Long winters in northern regions amid an energy crisis will tell the tale over the next months...
