Confirmation AEM needs KL

Confirmation AEM needs KLWhy Agnico Eagle and Kirkland Lake Gold are merging | Kitco News

A
EM neededd to move fast to prevent further deterioation in share price. Price of gold is not out of the woods yet,if it drops further AEM and KL could be trading at par soner or later, with the lower AIEC of KL and the cash hoard that is really neede by AEM.
When Boyd are talking about ESG and the importance , although a true staetment , really a red heering, to distract from the low 1% premium to KL shareholders. The only KL shareholder that get a larger premium is Tony, as a thank you for the $450 Mill. break fee.
that is the insurance policy that AEM needed to be able to cover this years CAPEX. Just vote NO!
