RE:RE:Wanna

RE:RE:WannaYes - they could throw a bid of $0.85 or $120 Million and see if it sticks or they can pay the 'break fee' which is probably $20 Million or so (and probably decreases as time goes on) - they don't inherent an ugly balance sheet, no skeletons in the closet like Sundial, could move the production to one their many larger and more modern facilities they have that are sitting vacant and paying for, and they get rid of a competitor - honestly what is left of Indiva without Wanna - a cookie business???

Best hope is Sundial digging in their heels and fight for this, as when you think about it now that Canopy contols Wanna - who has the leverage in a possible deal between the two - Indiva or Cannopy/Wanna?  Ussually those who hold the most leverage get the better side of the deal!!!  Love to be a fly on the wall during those negotiations - scratching my head to think what Indiva could bargin/counter with if Canopy owns the life line of Indiva, thinking about it they would/will  HAVE to accept whatever Canopy offered no matter how low.  You don't think Canopy knows that??

I personally think this move by Canopy was both ruthless and brilliant - instead of going for Indiva (and getting into a bidding war with Sundial) go after the throat.  Ruthless and probably not everyones style, but brilliant all the same.
