RE:RE:RE:RE:CEWS distortionI don't always agree with you Punjabi but you make valid points regarding labour. The transition to automation was discussed at length on the call and in some instances they are using 10 people which will be replaced by 1 machine. I think some of the new people acquired will need to be trimmed but I also think acquiring talent in this sector is both challenging and expensive so some will need to stay on. After backfilling excess capacity with the 6 contracts just announced with top tier companies margins should improve. Further, the focus on own brands will also drive margins upwards. There is a need for improvement and I agree with you there. Everyone should be very aware the changes discussed today will likely take until the financials in April to show in a meaningful way
