For the utilities part, NG price is usually a passthrough (customers pay the net cost).

On the midstream portion, it might have an effect but there are a lot of variables in play (ie: midstream transportation currently carries a lot of value, higher than normal, despite the higher NG prices. So that would be a positive.).

Regarding the export business (of propane), my understanding is that their margins are tied to the spreads, and the spread might stay the same despite higher NG prices. They also have hedges in place to fix the spread, which would mitigate any impact on the upside or downside.
