230,000 ounces just in NOA Pits 1 to 8 Below are the resource estimates from the 2018 43-101.
There will be substantial increase and upgrading of these numbers once subsequent drilling is added and current drilling programs are completed.
No way can Firefky compete with just those numbers within , beneath and around NOA pits 1-8 let alone those from ANA pits .
With respect to those high grades at NOA 7/8, I checked the depth and location of these stated underground resources with Kentors schematic chart and found that a goodly portion of those ounces are not underground but a lode within and just beneath the floor of NOA 7/8 pit which was missed by previous mining..
Lower the cutoff to 1 gm, and those mineable open pit resources will be close to 100,000 ounces while the UG lodes have been extended by several hundred meters by drilling subsequent to the 2018 resource estimate.
This is very very close to the mill.
Dewater the pit, and mine those high grade oxides, I'd say.
All Burnakura deposits remain open at depth below 200m.
- Further Mineral Resource additions are expected with further data collection and by including the Lewis/Reward and Banderol deposits situated on the Burnakura property that were not included in this technical report where currently further validation and drilling is required.( and more pits/ targets south of those pits being drilled now )
- The 2018 Mineral Resource estimate confirms our view that the Burnakura deposits continue to be a high quality development story in the Murchison region.
- The Mineral Resource will provide a solid foundation to deliver the ongoing PEA study.( Yeah right )
