How friggin stupid are you Red ??? Dave Goren is still at Vaxil ..... on the very small Board of Directors which makes a big impact .....this deal has his dna all over it !!! I've been saying this ever since he resigned as Ceo that as long as he remains on the Board the company will remain tarnished ....this deal is exactly why l want him gone completely
