The pressure regime should be easy (another confirmation)Gents,
I have another one for our geoscientists.
Digging for information, I was informed that:
1) All B58 wells, with the exception of the Keskesi-East-1 were able to reach target depth. There has been one occasion where they had to run a contingency 7-5/8" because they were running out of kick tolerance, which at the end of the day is a techncial detail; the main point being that they all reached the target depth.
2) Keskesi-East-1 encountered the (in)famous high pressure zone after the Santonian; they were able to go through the Campanian and the Santonian without more ado.
3) Most importantly, where I would like you guys to check. I quote: "looking on the public pdf's, I would say that your target is reasonably close to the top Santonian but the pressure ramp starts deeper in the Santonian, this should not be very difficult to drill". Opinion?
Needless to say that the two geologists who co-invested with us do not agree among themselves about this particular subject #3, hence me bringing up the question to the community. It is very common for geologists not to agree with each other as you know, so I'm trying to get some help with the wisdom of crowds...
GLTA,
