Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

Nevada Copper was formed w a land swap thru the Bureau of Land Managment..

the deal went thru the US Congress w a push by Nevada State - in DC/Wash..

w/o looking at the actual terms.. the NCI Mine probably has a few restrictions on who cab buy or sell the NCI Mine Site.. not the mine property - but the actual land itself...

more than likely NCI has a long term lease on the 10,000.. even if it was an ad hoc sale... the state of nevada will probably hav first dibbs on who can get or transfer the permit to operate the NCI Ore Operations..

these larger mine operations who hav deep pokets sound like a good quik sale -or- i guess the term is bagger! R simply not what the local residents - state regulators are looking for in the actual mining distrik..

by 2025 - pretty good bet Vlad will stilll own NCI..

Castlelake will move in 2020 to re-take posession of the stocks they just recently sold.. Vlad and CL are not at war.. most certainly not over NCI.. if the two entities hav personal animoses - theywould B beating each other to bloody stumps over their Posash Mine Holdings....--> that would B prime time news..

castlelake sold them stoks in their first sedar to avoid an internal proxy befor the new finiance pak went out.. the sale was defensive.. also of notice is that their holdings went from 30B$ to 20B$.. this indicates a large investor pulled out assets under the CL Brand...

VladCL owns the entire potash market in idaho - potatos...

the minerals complex is suggested to see considerable consolidations on the canadian frontier...

NCI - Potash is simply one of several w large targets on their baks...

scotia is bad boys... Morgan is a Creep Show w a chainSaw and Movie Camera...
