The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the advanced stage of exploration of the Morrison deposit, a porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum ore body, located approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Granisle, BC and situated within the Babine Lake Porphyry Copper Belt. It has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located contiguous to the Morrison claims. The Company is proposing an open-pit mining and milling operation for the production of copper/gold/silver concentrate and molybdenum concentrate. It is located within 29 km of two former producing copper mines, Bell and Granisle. The Company is in the design stage of the exploration and evaluation of the Morrison property.

One area I trust John to do a good job in is to sell. He is always selling.

Once we get the permit I think we will have a number of interested parties and hopefully a bidding war occurs. The price of copper may go up or down short-term, however long-term my opinion is that there will be a shortage of supply and he price will go higher. How much higher I do not know. Keep in mind for every increase of $1 US dollar, the NPV of the mine increases approx. $1 Billion or $50 per share, as $1 a pound nets approx $2 billion over time.

in 2019 and 2020 mining companies were selling at a premium. Hopefully hat continues.
I do not know how long it will take once we get the permit to get bidders lined up. 

I do not have a number in mind.
I have been waiting almost 2 decades and the thought of $200/share might make me lose it and so I do not focus on it.
