Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

RE:RE:Don't forget, De Beers is Anglo. patchh --- " w/o looking at the actual terms..  the NCI Mine probably has a few restrictions on who cab buy or sell the NCI Mine Site..  not the mine property - but the actual land itself..."

2015:
"...is very pleased to announce that it has received a deed of sale and completed its Federal Land Acquisition,..."

" The Company now owns or controls 10,683 acres (16.7 square miles) of privately-owned land that encompasses 100% of the proposed 70,000 tons per day Pumpkin Hollow copper project development."

Giulio T. Bonifacio, President and CEO commented: “Completion of the federal land conveyance and deeding of private land from the City to Nevada Copper..." 

NCU is the owner 100% owner of the mine & lands. 
I still have other random e-mails from Mr. Bonifacio of 2005/2006 forward. WOW!...what a journey! GLTUA!!
