Most likely being advised to not unhalt/clear up whatever they mucked up until they have everything in order, remembering this acquisition company 100% has the goal of ramping this stock up to feed their value, just depending how much current shareholders will be diluted, that said will still have to be a vote unless they already have majority which then we should be in okay shape. Only time will tell, these things move slow with small companies
