RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ConfusedThanks for your reply RF..... I guess I haven't identified what I'm looking for properly. I get the 79% of MC which translates into SP, and I understand that a price seems to have been set at the time of the announcement. However, as AEM's SP has gone up and potentially could go a lot higher before this deal is approved are we....KL shareholders still stuck with this lower number  or will our shares be tied to the higher price that AEM is at.... so lets just say that AEM goes up to a hundred dollars which on the 79% formula would value KL shares at $79 rather than the ten day average or whatever they used prior to the announcement or are we still only getting the much lower amount... around  $ 50 ?  That's all I'm trying to figure out....
