Agree with you, DIV should be back up to pre-pandemic levels and some more. That's where the market is. Housing market was pretty good for brokers I would guess Sutton. Nurse Next Door and Air Miles should be ok. Mikes same business as other resttaurants. Mr Lube could have been affected because of people working from home but that is changing.

Not sure why it ain't moving.
