do not give out announcements  you do not intend or cannot keep.this will confuse the shareholders and prospected shareholders.UEX has good assets and the shareprice should be in the 80cents by now but of weak leadership it is where it is right now.on the other hand Sprott thinks twice before investing in a company and they see potential but they also dictate the price (see last financing) maybe there is another financing in the making.(sprott rating increased  from  80 cents to $1.15 even after the botched deal)holding for now and would add at lower prices.
