Your better off going back to bragging about a 4.4% gain on a measly 3,000 shares or was it 2,000 shares? Or you can keep on digging your hole.
PS For other readers only: "Material fact" and "material change" are defined in OSA, and "material information" means either "material fact" or ""material change" . Only the later requires immediate disclosure and often means both a press release and Sedar filing - as done for the recent acquisition.
