RE:Disclosure

RE:DisclosureJusthalfful - keep digging the hole: "Materiality is not the same..."   What!?   it is tied into the defintion of "material fact" in the OSA., essentially meaning what could result in a material price change. Every company's materiality threshold is different.

Aritzia's shares experienced a material change in price on their Q info. The amount of sentences and paragraphs they used in a prior MDA is not the test or requirement, and quantum is irrelvant.

Your better off going back to bragging about a 4.4% gain on a measly 3,000 shares or was it 2,000 shares?  Or you can keep on digging your hole.

PS For other readers only: "Material fact" and "material change" are defined in OSA, and "material information" means either "material fact" or ""material change" . Only the later requires immediate disclosure and often means both a press release and Sedar filing - as done for the recent acquisition.
