Three parts to AIDEA funding

Three parts to AIDEA fundingIt was a very good day, folks.
You all talk about AIDEA funding but you forget the part of the deal that Ucore has to do to get it.  In a link that I can not remember how to find.  Maybe one of you will remember where it is.  For Ucore to get AIDEA funding, it had to prove that RSX works.  Hence the third party verification.  Then they had to have a supplier of feed stock and then had to have a buyer of REOs.  Finding a buyer should be no problem.  I am sure DOD or any Defence Contractor that China has stopped selling to will gladly buy all the REOs that Ucore produces.
My question is Ucore buying the feedstock or charging a fee to separate it, which?  Have they said?
