Cash, property in NFLD, future revenue streams from JV's as well as their respective stock assignments. Take SASSY for instance. Not only have they accumulated plenty of real estate in NFLD, they also have highly prospective parcels out West in BC, all of which can, with some luck, move the stock price considerably.
