RE:RE:Brian Schmidt Renmark PresentationBrian is actually an excellent CEO.  He doesn't need the bonus but his motivations have always been to grow the company.  When they start doing dividends it will be due to the influence of some BOD members and the new CFO.  He pushes hard but listens to his key people, unlike "terrible CEO's".  This is an excellent long term hold with huge upside.
