Ok, I'm not sure if this is aimed at me, sorry maybe I wasn't clear.
I don't doubt other fields its not possible though still rare.

But what I meant was while its not impossible ("not the norm"), a 17cent stock spinning cash as a dividend seems unlikely and spinout of a tech company within a tech company is possible but not something I've personally heard of.

With the exception of Victory Square, but share price is higher.
I guess in theory Graph Blockchain is 6 cents and splitting into two, so anything is possible.
