Share buybacks Do you think PIPE has started to buy back some shares yet? It is 4th quarter now and I figure they would want to get their buy backs in before sharing Q3 numbers and revised forward guidance.
How soon do they have to report after buying back shares if they already announced the plan in Q2 earnings release? How would we be able to tell without them announcing?
pure speculation, but recently, the prices seems to jump in the mornings and fade in afternoon. However I haven't seen a corresponding volume spike.
I question how they would be able to buy back without overpaying/ suddenly increasing the short term share price with this limited number of float available.
