RE: I like this statement...Well CG as two of the veterans of this board I also see this JV deal as the best yet for these reasons. We are dealing with a very professional and well financed company in EET. They will without a doubt raise the financing when needed as they proved today in there news release. MOA has the properties, EET has the cash needed to get the goods out of these properties. We have certainly been down the JV road before but never with such well organized players.
My Father always told me business is business and deal making is negotiating and always play the hand you are dealt the best way possible. This my friend is what MOA mangement has done.
MOA shares .24 EET .67 it's all academic at this point, when the real numbers start to roll in both companies will be at much higher levels. I think MOA shareholders are still "shell shocked" that the merger was terminated but this to shall pass.
