consolidation

consolidation Great job Snipp!  SnippCheck in action. Wait till the U.S. brokers get a look at that...

Donlin...Lets hope they don't make the very tragic mistake of consolidating and staying on this exchange. Because that will still not solve any of the market problems they have here on this exchange and it will cost them an important tool as part of an uplist. You only get one shot at that.

A consolidation should only come as part of a move to a U.S. Exchange.
They will need the mass size of those U.S. investors to tip the balance back in their favor to stop the continued flipping/manipulation/dumping and complete lack of buying pressure on the stock here in Canada.
If they are even considering a consolidation on this exchange or anywhere else except the Nasdaq, then I made a horribly bad bet here.

I think sportsman said it best...It will only help them as part of an uplist to an exchange. But it's not really just an uplist issue. It's a geographical issue as well. Those manipulators need to be overwhelmed and there is only one place that will happen. They will need the mass number of U.S. Investors to fix that problem and fix it they will.

They have quite a few options on how to make the move but they should be talking to people in the U.S. markets. Not Canada or anywhere else. I worked in that industry for a decade before retiring. I am U.S. based. You would not believe the money they throw at companies like this. They could solve their problem in a heartbeat. All Snipp needs to do is start the conversation.

And anybody thinking that they are already listed on the OTC so why bother. The OTC is the Venture exchange of the U.S. markets. It's completely corrupted and unregulated. I would say it's probably worse that the Venture if you could even believe that. I've seen the inner workings of the OTC market. 20 years ago it was fairly regulated with randam spot checks so brokers had to watch their back or risk losing their very valuable license. It is nothing but an unregulated cesspool of corruption. Very much like our SEC these days. All bought and paid for...

Be smart Snipp...Make the call
