1)  We have submitted over 250 line items of detailed construction costs, amenities, site improvements, soft costs and verticals to our third party contractors for approval. This is to have an audit trail on the costs so when Altus completes the valuation and audit there is no haircut on the valuation report.  We should have the third party sign off to Altus today and then 3 weeks for Altus to complete.

2) Again, GRB or Sage Ranch did not approve our own project. It was approved by a standing City Counsel and Mayor whom spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on their lawyers, hydrologist and engineers completing the FEIR and fully approving Sage Ranch. No more formalities left. We have our contractors doing the sewer, water, street and drainage drawings now to build. No one is suing GRB or Sage Ranch.  The TCCWD is fighting the City and the City responds in the article.

3) The City has not stopped the project nor would they ever. Sage and Greenbriar cannot comment via news release as we are not being challenged.  The TCCWD is suing the City.  The City will defend and dismiss "their" case.  The case is about the TCCWD and the City, not about Sage.  The City is a water utility itself and provides many alternative sources including their own deeded water.
TCCWD always protests against the City and neighboring communities. Happens every day in California where farm land owners lose water to homes.  California is short 3.4 million homes. There is zero lawsuits against Sage Ranch or Greenbriar. 

4) SBJ is certainly BM.  We received from a court order his email addresses, and now a new court order issued unoppossed that makes his ISP give us his name and addresses.  After lawyers reviewing his 500 plus SH posts since 2 years ago, here is his basic story.  Under SBJ he bragged constantly two years ago how great GRB was hundreds of times on SH.  He bragged in late May 2020 that his costs base was 60 cents per share and how great management and the company is.  In early June 2020 when the shares hit $4.64, instead of selling half his holdings at $3.00 to $4.64 to get triple his money back, plus cover his taxes plus still have 50% of his GRB shares free, or sell all at $3.00 and take a 500% win, he bragged on SH about he buying more shares with a new average of $3.04.

He brags for while about how great GRB is and then a few months later pivots and says GRB management are scumbags, criminals, liars, inside dealers, etc. etc. His defamation knows no bounds and he surely is not a person who assisted folks when the share were down to help out with truth and and instead scares away SH readers with very bad comments destroying his value and the value of others as 15% of the shareholders outside of me do read this board. He personally defames people and hurts the comapny's share value because he was so greedy a 600% return was not good enough for him.  He certainly owes the company and me millions for defamation and he will be tried and found guilty. 500+ SH posts cannot be hidden.  

We have a full construction team and engineering team working daily on the project and with the City. No formailties lift. Sending in detailed drawings to pull permits from the City.  TCCWD has no jursidiction in this project.  It is not even the water provider.  The City is the water provider. Boom
