RE:RE:RE:Strong Green Day Selling the company, it's an interesting idea, but to me the problem is you have two camps, one camp who want the base hit ie; sell the company for a buck and a half/share and go home and the other camp who say, drill it up and go for the big hit .. $15 - $50 dollars/share (Just in my humble opinion as to what this stock could be worth and again, please do not take that as advise, it it not).
But how about this, sell the company to an interested party who has an interest in drilling the deep for $1.50/share with the condition that if the purchasing company discovers comercial production (Based on say a 10 well drilling program with at least a couple of wells being horizontals or within 5 years) that they bonus out to the shareholders of record at the time of the sale an additional $3.50/share.
With this the acquiring company keeps the greatest portion of the upside for themselves, the guys who want out get their $1.50/share and those who have been waiting on this for 10 years get a shot at least a taste of the upside.
Just an idea as to how to get this thing done.
Thoughts?
