How about both/and. Recall as Nicholass Romo, Davey crowed he was running Genoil as if a charity. That Friedland let Ivanhoe go bankrupt while he (Davey) was able to keep Genoil on life support.

While Ivanhoe survives in various incarnations, Genoil remains on life support while Davey brags it is alive and well with multi multi-billion dollar phantom projects. Where again-is Genoil headquartered? Canada? With a 212 iPhone address?
