RE:RE:RE:RE:Strong Green Day Nothing to sell except $100 M worth of data at $.02 on the dollar and the cash. They have totaly missed the boat, especially on the $1,300 gas they sold at 50% discount. They need to blownthe wad on the deep drilling and production fracing that's what we all gambled on. AOI is the real deal and pending deal with Equinor, plus $6 bbl lifting costs and full whack bbl sales prices delivering ridiculous cash flow. When the girls stop answering the phone you know it's all over hahah SG probably fled to Syria haha.
DocPat wrote: Selling the company, it's an interesting idea, but to me the problem is you have two camps, one camp who want the base hit ie; sell the company for a buck and a half/share and go home and  the other camp who say, drill it up and go for the big hit .. $15 - $50 dollars/share (Just in my humble opinion as to what this stock could be worth and again, please do not take that as advise, it it not).

But how about this, sell the company to an interested party who has an interest in drilling the deep for $1.50/share with the condition that if the purchasing company discovers comercial production (Based on say a 10 well drilling program with at least a couple of wells being horizontals or within 5 years) that they bonus out to the shareholders of record at the time of the sale an additional $3.50/share.

With this the acquiring company keeps the greatest portion of the upside for themselves, the guys who want out get their $1.50/share and those who have been waiting on this for 10 years get a shot at least a taste of the upside.

Just an idea as to how to get this thing done.

Thoughts?
