My point is that I find $2:00 for the full year entirely understandable.  But the 12% increase in bottom line for quarter 3 is just the bare bones assumption I laid out with a quick and dirty estimate.  The full analysis might well move earnings up to a strong beat headline. 6 million more than last year leads to a 50% increase in last year's 3rd quarter earnings Remember on 4 cents to 6 cents third quarter is always weak so it is really comments about the full year and 2022 that get the blood going. What's hard to tell is the timing of any announcements and the markets reactions   I would peg next February as the time by which there will be no doubt. But markets are forward looking so I do expect SP increases into and after earnings. At some point multiple shorters will give up over next 6 months I would expect. GL
