Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. Attached is today’s news release.

Here are some background points:

1.      East Midlands has had a version VMS+1.0 for 5 years and so is one of our users with a long experience effectively using the device.
2.      Dr. Skinner has built a pan-European and Middle-East referral practice due to the VMS+ and has patients coming to his clinic specifically to be scanned by the VMS+
3.      He has been reviewing his data and expects to publish a landmark paper concerning “trend-line” analysis in CHD patients and the optimal point-of-intervention for valve replacement.
4.      Kings College in London has the second unit, which is being used for acute and chronic COVID-19 patients.
5.      With this installation, we now have 20 VMS+3.0 delayed at major cardiac centres in USA,Canada, Europe and China.
6.      We are working with a distributor in the UK to finalize an agreement and they will be using Dr. Skinner as a reference center for potential customers.
7.      East Midlands (Glenfield Hospital) has been named one for the forty COVID-19 special clinics being setup in the UK to treat long-haul COVID-19 patients.
8.      A recent meta-analysis of long-haul COVID clinical studies found 62% of patients had some lingering chest issues (heart and lung) that lasted at least 6 months.
