Lode Gold Resources Inc. is a Canadian exploration and development company with grassroots and advanced exploration properties in prospective mining jurisdictions. Its Golden Culvert and Win Projects, Yukon, covering about 99.5 square kilometers across a 27-kilometer (km) strike length, are situated in a district-scale, high-grade-gold-mineralized trend within the southern portion of the Tombstone Gold Belt. The Company is also advancing its Fremont Gold development project in the Mother Lode Gold Belt of California.

RE:RE:RE:Board and CEO change?SB litterally is a gold mine ...good projects, limited debt, abaility to raise funds, cash on the balance sheet...they just are not executing on a stratagy that investoers can buy into..very poor comminications, zero marketing to US investors, and no sense of urgency ... 

Its time to go activist on SB to secure shareholder value.
