stealth-speaking of AGMs, dubious there will ever be another. Recall we once joked about Dom & Cohibas in Curacao at a Genoil AGM-we never learned what became of THAT grand slam plan scam. To think though, to actually meet G-scum full-faced,unmasked (literally & figuratively) and unvaccinated. 

Davey and Genoil would likely have bucked the federal vaccine mandate deadline of December 8th for companies with more than 100 employees. A moot issue for Davey as he has NONE.
