ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. It is focused on generating and developing antibody therapeutics selectively targeting toxic misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple system atrophy (MSA). PMN442 is a drug candidate being developed for MSA designed to selectively target and protect against pathogenic a-syn species.

By the time they decide to apply the reverse stock split the SPP could easily move up by 50% from where it stands right now. The stock consolidation could easily be refactored to a 20-1 split. Moving to Nasdaq the SPP does not need to be any higher than $3+US.
