Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

I bought more shares of Genoil after it was spun off of Beau.That was before Bre X and the decission by the IMO in 2008.I bought the shares of my own free will.No one coerced me.I still
think Genoil has a chance of making a going concern.If it doesn't it won't be the first company I
lost everything in.(at my age it may be the last).
