RE:Pointe Claire, Quebec AcquisitionDuplex , this is my second largest holding but as to etrics l leave that to the more knowledgeable. What l will say is analysts are more often wrong than right and l ignore their often doom and gloom or pie in the sky nonsense to attract business where they are employed. No doubt NXR has been on an aquistion mode of late and l don't think any of their purchases were missteps. If you are right about an income play , then that's fine with me . Everything does not have to revolve around growth , growth , growth. A balanced approach if boring l like. Since l currently have due to adding and taking profits have an ACH of only 30% of current share price and that is for initiating my first position 18 months ago. So in conclusion l will stick with a MGMt team who has fr outperformed the sector
